That is why we, Dhammawood Meditation Centre of California offer
free meditation sessions for everyone interested.
These sessions are conducted by a Sri Lankan monk based on the Buddha’s original teachings (Theravada Buddhism).
Because the sessions are online, you can sit in the comfort of your own home and join in. We welcome you to come and experience relaxation, mental freedom, and inner peace from meditation.
