Online Meditation Programs
You can sit in the comfort of your own home and join our Online Meditation.
Whether it is due to work, school, or taking care of loved ones, many of us experience stress, anxiety, depression, and feelings of being alone or left out. That is why Dhammawood Meditation Centre of California offers free meditation sessions for everyone interested.
Most of the time, it’s not easy to find time to participate in an In-person meditation program with your busy life. It’s not a problem anymore since we now provide online meditation programs.
Join us for an online meditation session to help you relax, focus, and reduce stress. These sessions are led by a Theravada Buddhist Monk and are perfect for beginners and experienced meditators alike.

- Breathing Meditation
- Body scanning
- Loving-kindness
- Impermanent meditation
Breathing Meditation
Breathing meditation is a simple yet effective way to relax and focus. In breathwork, you focus on your breath.
Body scanning
Body scanning is a technique that helps you to become aware of your body and the sensations in it. In body scanning, you start at the top of your head and slowly scan your body, paying attention to any sensations that you feel.
Loving-kindness
Loving-kindness meditation is a practice of sending loving-kindness to yourself and others. In loving-kindness meditation, you focus on generating feelings of love, compassion, and goodwill towards yourself and others.
Impermanent meditation
Impermanent meditation is a practice of contemplating the impermanence of all things. In impermanent meditation, you focus on the fact that everything in the world is constantly changing and that nothing lasts forever.
