You can sit in the comfort of your own home and join our Online Meditation.

Whether it is due to work, school, or taking care of loved ones, many of us experience stress, anxiety, depression, and feelings of being alone or left out. That is why we, Dhammawood Meditation Centre of California, offer free meditation sessions for everyone interested.

Most of the time, it’s not easy to find time to participate in an In-person meditation program with your busy life. It’s not a problem anymore since now we provide online meditation programs. 

These sessions are conducted by a Sri Lankan monk based on the original teachings of the Buddha (Theravada Buddhism).

Because the sessions are online, you can sit in the comfort of your own home and join in. We welcome you to come and experience relaxation, mental freedom, and inner peace from meditation.
