Join us for a special event to release crabs into the Ocean & Practicing loving-kindness meditation on the beach.

During this heartwarming event, we will release crabs into their natural habitat—the vast ocean. By doing so, we provide these creatures with a second chance at life.
After releasing crabs into the ocean, we will practice loving-kindness meditation on the beach.
Please bring:
- Comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for the beach environment
- Sunscreen and a hat for sun protection
- Reusable water bottle to stay hydrated
- A yoga Mat or suitable mat to lay on the beach for meditation.
Let us mindfully turn our compassionate thoughts into actions and add wholesome deeds to our day.
